One of the Natural Therapies that I use in the Wellness Program is the practice of the Mindfulness, which has transmitted us the Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

It is very simple, but the effect can be very large. 

In our daily life, we breathe, but we forget that we are breathing.

The foundation of all practice of Full Consciousness is to bring our attention to our Inspiration and Breath. This is called Full Consciousness of Breathing,

or Conscious Breathing.

In our daily life, although our Body is in one place, our Mind is often in another. Paying attention to our Inspiration and Spiration returns our Mind to our Body. And suddenly we are there, fully present in the Here and Now.

At any time, you can return to this peaceful source of life.

You can tell yourself:

"Breathing in, I know I'm breathing in.

Breathing out, I know I am breathing out."
