Bio and Training

At 17, after several days in the hospital, I was diagnosed

with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Later I also started to have joint and muscle problems of different intensity.

At that time in Italy there was still no talk of Fibromyalgia. . .

that was diagnosed a few years later.

After spending some time researching,

doing tests of various types and taking traditional medicines, I decided to treat myself with Alternative Medicine, learning more about that world and its theories.

In my twenties I started attending several courses:

Theatre, Yoga, Meditation, Chi Kung, Tai Chi, Aikido

> In 1996 I learned Massage and Treatments with Oriental Techniques :

Shiatsu, Reflexology, Reiki, Ayurveda.

I continued my training integrating it also with Western Techniques

(Miofascial, Osteoarticular and Connectival ) that have allowed me to work in Hotels,

Spa and Wellness Centers.

This was the time where I also made my first conversion to the

Ethical Cuisine: Indian Vegetarian and Japanese Macrobiotic.

> In 2004 my Masotherapy Studio "Toccolibra" was born.

Over time, treating my clients, I realized the varieties of problems that affect humans in unique and different ways.

I felt the need to have more tools to be able to develop my work as a therapist more completely, globally, holistically and I looked for a suitable professional institute.

> 2006

I continued to deepen the subjects I had always been passionate about attending the Institute of Global Medicine in Padova, my city.

The curriculum included:

Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, Histology, Ecology, Phytotherapy, Homeopathy and Homotoxicology

Bach Flowers, Iridology, Applied Kinesiology, Craniosacral Osteopathy, Hygienism, Food and Nutrition, Psychology, Sociology, Communication Techniques,

Transactional Analysis, Psychosomatic, Bioenergetics,

Transpersonal Psychology

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

> After 4 years,1600 hours of theoretical and practical training,

obtained the title of Naturopath

With the preparation of my Thesis entitled"Cognitive Impairment and its Naturopathic Approach" I studied the human Brain and Neurosciences, in particular the PsicoNeuroInmunoEndocrinología (PNIE) a health discipline that encompasses and integrates the processes that interrelate the different systems of the organism.

It was for me another important stage or, rather, another bridge between East and West, in my Way of Search as a Therapist and Human Being.

I have been able to continue with more tools the work in my study that became a

Naturopathy Office.

> In 2011 I made a trip to India to delve into Ayurvedic Medicine.

There I had the opportunity to embrace Amma again in her land, Kerala.

In the same year I opened my "Toccolibra Naturopathic Herbal Shop", where there was also a corner dedicated to the Oriental Traditions.

We did many events and talks about Holistic Medicine,

Nutrition, Japanese tea ceremonies, Yoga, Poetry, art exhibitions. . .

> In 2013 I attended a powerful seminar on Psychomagic and Tarology with Alejandro Jodorowsky. This new tool gave me the possibility to work on myself and certainly gave a boost to another change.

I found myself in the midst of a physical, mental and emotional storm.

The light went out inside me and I lost touch with the good things in life.

I was a mess, and of course, I couldn’t help my clients.

I had to do something. . .

I decided to make one of the most important and radical changes.

I LEFT EVERYTHING!

> In 2015 I moved to the Canary island of Lanzarote.

The alchemy of its elements, the force of the wind, the energy of the volcanoes,

the intense light and the impetuous ocean, were a true therapy for healing my Soul.

 > On 13 November 2022 I inaugurated the Alborada Holistic Centre in Costa Teguise

Here I continue with my life as a Human Being in continuous evolution, offering my experience cultivated over the years, through the Natural Therapies, the Naturopathy and the classes of integration Body - Mind - Spirit. (MindfulChi)

La Vida hay que tomarla con . . . Alma

I was born in Padua, Italy, in 1970.

In my adolescence I was passionate about books about Natural Remedies, medicinal herbs, essential oils, and most of all those dealing with psychology, esotericism, shamanism and . .

The Eastern Philosophies!

What struck me most about these Ancient Wisdoms was the vision of the Human Being.

It was considered an integral part of Nature and of the Universe itself and the concept of Health was based on respect for the dynamic balance between these realities.

It was the encounter with these wisdoms that pushed me to my Path of Personal Research.
